I'm a functional medicine wellness coach and a yoga instructor who embraces a holistic approach to well-being. I believe that true wellness goes beyond just hitting the gym or treating symptoms. It's about integrating mind, body and soul for lasting results. With this perspective, I design workshops and classes that blend yoga with key pillars of wellness. I see yoga as a moving meditation, and when paired with healthy habits, it can create remarkable transformations. My goal is to empower individuals to achieve their best selves, addressing not just physical health but also mental and emotional well-being. I also organize wellness- or communication-themed team building events for organizations which combines interactive games. These can be customized based on the team's needs and interests.
